Driven by our commitment to offering dishes made exclusively with farm-to-table products, in 2016 we began cultivating vegetables and produce in a garden we own. Here, by carefully overseeing every stage of growth, we can ensure the quality of all the ingredients and the final result we serve every day.<\/p>\n
By controlling the entire production chain, we have access to excellent farm-to-table products and can freely plan the evolution of our menu based on the seasons. This is our way of continuing the artisanal traditions that are an integral part of Ligurian culture.<\/p>\n
