Our Garden

Driven by our commitment to offering dishes made exclusively with farm-to-table products, in 2016 we began cultivating vegetables and produce in a garden we own. Here, by carefully overseeing every stage of growth, we can ensure the quality of all the ingredients and the final result we serve every day.

By controlling the entire production chain, we have access to excellent farm-to-table products and can freely plan the evolution of our menu based on the seasons. This is our way of continuing the artisanal traditions that are an integral part of Ligurian culture.

Liguria Gourmet Riviera Restaurant

This recognition is reserved for restaurants and trattorias that celebrate true Ligurian cuisine, offering menus filled with local delicacies, regional food and wine specialties, and fine Ligurian wines and olive oils with a designation of origin.

In particular, restaurants part of the Liguria Gourmet circuit commit to strictly adhering to the Usage Regulations, offering daily complete menus with dishes selected from a list of traditional recipes, and using typical Ligurian products, including those with Community Certification:
